Doug Fonder
Doug attended the University of Miami, the University of Minnesota and the University of Chicago. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in psychology and a minor in recreation, and a Masters of Science degree in community organization and development. Doug has been involved in sports his entire life with active participation culminating as a football letterman at Miami. Over the course of his professional career Doug has been a recreational facility manager, a facility consultant on numerous occasions, executive director and founder of the Virginia Commonwealth Games, a member of the United States Olympic Committee and a marketing professional for a variety of sports organizations.

Marcus Hill
Marcus is a graduate of the College of William & Mary with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a graduate of the Wake Forest University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate. Marcus has coached and participated in sports at all levels and was a letterman and captain of the varsity swim team at William & Mary. Professionally Marcus is a member of the Virginia Bar and has had experience in a variety of sports areas. He offers expertise and experience in the areas of contract negotiation, production of marketing plans, corporate sponsorship sales and event planning.
